SWMCOL (Solid Waste Management Company of Trinidad & Tobago Ltd.) contracted WTS to conduct a pilot and study of landfill leachate at the Guanapo Landfill in Trinidad.
This successful pilot, which spanned almost 3 years, was installed in specialized waste containers to allow for transportation of the pilot to another landfill after Guanapo. Currently, SWMCOL is deciding on its next steps, and we look forward to being part of its plan for full implementation.
